Apart from this, TCS also rolls out two other products: ACUITY Complete Care and Acuity Connect. With an enhanced use interface, ACUITY Advanced Care is an integrated, intuitive care management software application providing flexibility to support specific case requirements, utilization, disease and population health management programs. It is completely client configurable and its main features include: a 360° patient overview; visibility into claims, labs, medications and other data in ACUITY; is HIPAA compliant and ICD10 ready; extends support to NCQA and URAC standards; ad hoc reporting and also includes CPT, ICD9, ICD10 and HCPC codes.

On the other hand, ACUITY Complete Care is a cloud hosted care management software designed for enterprises without a strong IT support but still aspires for a standards-driven workflow configuration, primarily supporting case and utilization management. And, Acuity Connect which is a bi-directional web-based portal allows physicians, collaborators and other external users to view a summary of member records, check eligibility, request and receive approvals, and collaborate with care team members.
Acuity Connect can be completely integrated into ACUITY platform and enables real time transactions. It extends Interdisciplinary Care Team (ICT) support, Care plan management and Complete Assessments. The other benefits are: auto approval, HIPAA compliant and ICD10 ready; role-based security; single sign on integration.
