The healthcare industry is currently navigating several significant challenges and trends. The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the need for robust telehealth infrastructure, as well as the importance of supply chain resilience among others for dialysis providers. Additionally, the industry is grappling with the integration of AI and data analytics into patient care, which promises to revolutionize diagnosis and treatment but also raises concerns about data privacy, security and how to use those tools properly in decision making together and how to embed usage of these tool in regulations, laws, policies, or guidance. Furthermore, frequent regulatory changes and cost pressures continue to shape the landscape, necessitating innovative strategies for cost containment and revenue generation. These trends present both challenges and opportunities for healthcare providers to drive their organizations forward in a rapidly evolving environment.2. What keeps you up at night when it comes to some of the major predicaments in the Healthcare Industry?That is very interesting question as usually I think about projects and tasks to be done and also which impact it will have on frontline employees and patients. However, I believe the major challenges in the healthcare industry are numerous and complex.
