AngelEye Health has added a series of strategic new hires to its senior sales team.

AngelEye Health, a leading provider of family engagement solutions for neonatal and pediatric critical care units, has added five account managers and one clinical sales associate to its sales team, establishing the company's first internal sales team. Kent Meeks, Arturo Ruvalcaba, David Broad, Scott Duyck, Vicki Koch, and Olivia McCracken bring considerable healthcare sector experience to the table, having previously worked in similar roles at Natus NicView, Medela, and GE.

Kent Meeks previously worked at GE Healthcare as a product sales professional for Maternal-Infant Care. Arturo Ruvalcaba spent eight years as a territory manager at Medela, focusing exclusively on product sales in support of the NICU environment. David Broad spearheaded NicView streaming camera system sales throughout the eastern half of the United States while working as a product expert at Natus Medical Incorporated. Scott Duyck has over 12 years of experience selling neonatal products, first at Natus Medical, where he sold hearing screening equipment, phototherapy lights, and brain monitors, and then at Medela, where he sold feeding-related solutions. Vicki Koch brings to the position a profound appreciation for the care and compassion seen in the NICU and extensive experience in complex hospital selling. Olivia McCracken is a Registered Nurse with substantial experience in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and clinical research.
This increased investment in the AngelEye Health sales team comes as the business strives to expand its ties with health systems and provide innovative family engagement solutions to more hospital partners. Today, AngelEye's platform features four products, each aiming to improve the parent/patient relationship. The company's unique CameraSystem provides family members with live-streaming footage of the patient from any location, time, and device. OnlineEducation is a parental portal that allows hospitals to upload personalized education modules and track parents' progress throughout the patient's discharge path. PatientConnect establishes a secure one-way communication channel between the care team and the patient's family, allowing easy patient status sharing and memorable events. MilkTracker is an all-in-one solution for feeding and milk inventory management.
In 2022, AngelEye Health intends to redouble its efforts to attract additional hospital partners who already have engagement solutions and understand the value of tele-engagement capabilities in the NICU but are looking for a more comprehensive technology offering coupled with an exceptional level of customer service.
