THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING
Seoul, South Korea: South Korea’s growing influence in aesthetic medicine is creating new opportunities for clinical knowledge exchange, medical technology development, and international collaboration. Against this backdrop, ASLS Korea 2026 Autumn Congress will take place on November 7–8, 2026, at COEX in Seoul, bringing together physicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, and industry participants from Korea and international markets. The official event site lists more than 5,000 expected attendees, 170+ participating companies, and 350+ booths.
Organized by the Aesthetic Surgery & Laser Society, the congress will combine a scientific conference with an exhibition focused on medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, and laser-based treatments. The program is designed to provide clinicians with practical clinical knowledge while creating opportunities to explore technologies and engage with peers and industry participants.
Injectable aesthetics will form an important part of the scientific program. Sessions will examine facial anatomy, injectable techniques, fillers, skin boosters, facial contouring, and approaches designed to optimize treatment outcomes. The program also includes dedicated sessions focused on anatomy and safer aesthetic practice, reflecting the importance of clinical knowledge and patient safety as treatment technologies evolve.
Energy-based and laser technologies will provide another major area of discussion. The scientific program includes sessions examining RF, HIFU, microwave technologies, laser and energy-based devices, and approaches to skin tightening, lifting, and rejuvenation. These discussions provide clinicians with opportunities to compare treatment strategies and understand how different technologies can be incorporated into broader treatment planning.
The congress will also address skin health and regenerative aesthetics. Topics include skin-barrier health, pigmentation, oxidative stress, home care, regenerative approaches, and the relationship between dermatological health and aesthetic procedures. Such discussions highlight the broader movement toward treatment strategies that consider skin condition and long-term outcomes alongside immediate aesthetic goals.
Digital technologies are becoming increasingly relevant to aesthetic clinical practice as well. The program includes 3D facial diagnostics designed to assess pigmentation, redness, wrinkles, and facial contours. Digital assessment tools can provide clinicians with additional information when developing treatment plans and evaluating changes over time.
Business and practice management will provide another dimension to the event. The program includes a management forum covering AI implementation, medical-aesthetic institution management, physician partnerships, and business growth. This reflects the growing connection between clinical capabilities, technology adoption, and the operational requirements of running modern aesthetic practices.
International collaboration remains an important element of ASLS Korea's development. The society's leadership has highlighted increasing international interest in Korean aesthetic medicine and the country's capabilities in aesthetic medical devices and clinical practice. The 2026 Autumn Congress is intended to support closer cooperation between academia and industry while sharing Korean clinical experience with international professionals.
The exhibition will complement the scientific program by providing access to technologies, devices, and solutions across aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. ASLS describes its exhibition as a platform connecting current and emerging technologies, while its matching activities are intended to facilitate connections between industry participants and healthcare professionals.
As aesthetic medicine becomes increasingly technology-driven, continued education, evidence-based clinical practice, and collaboration between healthcare professionals and technology developers will remain important. ASLS Korea 2026 will provide a focused environment for examining these developments while highlighting South Korea's expanding role in the international aesthetic medicine ecosystem.
Healthcare Tech Outlook highlights technologies transforming healthcare delivery, clinical practice, and medical innovation. Through coverage of ASLS Korea 2026, the publication examines how aesthetic technologies, clinical education, digital diagnostics, and advanced treatment approaches are influencing the future of medical aesthetics and dermatology.
