CereMetrix Announces Enhancements to its Advanced Medical Imaging and Analytics Platform

Healthcare Tech Outlook | Monday, May 24, 2021

The platform can now integrate additional imaging, like MRI, PET, and CT, and non-imaging analytical evaluations, using its FDA-cleared QSPECT analysis as a template due to an expanding library of both in-house and third-party medical image algorithms.

FREMONT, CA: CereMetrix Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of data analytics technology company CereHealth Corp, has announced the availability of CereMetrixAi, an enhanced version of its imaging platform. The platform can now integrate additional imaging, like MRI, PET, and CT, and non-imaging analytical evaluations, using its FDA-cleared QSPECT analysis as a template due to an expanding library of both in-house and third-party medical image algorithms. Its enhanced data collection and reporting capabilities enable the use of non-imaging tests, including neuropsychological evaluations and cognitive screens, extending the platform’s clinical and research applications.

“Our vision of bringing data driven medical imaging and analytics to healthcare professionals worldwide takes a giant leap forward with the introduction of CereMetrix 2.0,” said Shane Quint, Chief Technology Officer of CereHealth Corp. “By integrating all sources and types of patient data in a user-friendly platform we are enabling a more complete picture of an individual’s health for more effective diagnosis and treatment. It is the definition of Precision Medicine, and we are proud to be a leader in software solutions that make sense for patients, providers and researchers at all levels.”

ereMetrixAi is a HIPAA-compliant, browser-based, cloud-enabled imaging application with FDA-cleared QSPECT analysis. The interface allows radiologists and treating providers to identify, quantify, and interpret patients in a fraction of the time it takes for other reading tools and at a fraction of the cost of traditional workstation-based software solutions. With its open platform architecture, physicians and their patients can now review different imaging and non-imaging data sources in a templated, personalized report that can be accessed anytime, anywhere through a browser.

Radiologists will benefit from the newest release because it includes built-in support for overreads, customizable templated language fields, and new annotations and image capture interface. Like PET, MRI, and CT, other medical imaging modalities will now benefit from the three-dimensional visualization capabilities earlier only available with SPECT brain studies. Third-party imaging developers can now employ CereMetrixAi’s browser-based platform to bring their products to market, widen the visualization possibilities, and give doctors a complete road to accurate diagnoses.

When all of the factors that affect a person’s health are considered, personalized medicine, which matches a particular patient to a similar patient group, can be realized. The disease prevention and care can then be modified to their specific requirements. CereHealth’s innovations enable medical professionals (and researchers) to direct with precision and consistency on the best diagnostic outcome leading to the right care for the right patient at the right time in their lives by seamlessly incorporating digital health data of all forms.
