Elizabeth Montgomery to Supervise Talent Management as New CPO of Black Diamond Therapeutics

Elizabeth Montgomery has been appointed the first Chief People Officer of Black Diamond Therapeutics, Inc., a precision oncology medicine business that pioneered the research and development of MasterKey treatments. Ms Montgomery has nearly 20 years of experience in the life sciences business as a worldwide human resources executive. Ms Montgomery will be a key part of the senior leadership team and will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of Black Diamonds' people and talent strategy.

Ms Montgomery brings nearly two decades of experience in the life sciences business in people strategy, talent development, human resources, and diversity, equality, and inclusion (DE&I). She was most recently Chief People Officer at ClearView Healthcare Partners; a global strategic consulting firm focused on the life sciences, where she led a near quadrupling of the firm's employee base, international expansion, scaling of performance management, resource management, and learning and development programs, and spearheaded the firm's robust DE&I presence. She was most recently the Global Director of Resource Management at IQVIA Consulting Services, where she held many positions of increasing importance. She was in charge of a team of 600 consultants worldwide, focusing on workforce and performance management. Ms Montgomery was previously a senior manager at Boston Scientific Corporation, where she was in charge of reimbursement and outcomes planning for the company's main products. Ms Montgomery has a master's degree in business administration from Babson College's Olin Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Boston University. She also has a certificate from Cornell University's Strategic HR Leadership Program in Diversity and Inclusion.
