Designed to simplify and speed up the credential process for compliance teams and candidates, the updates on the platform join an already comprehensive list of healthcare-specific features and products designed to connect today's mobile workforce.
FREMONT, CA: EmployStream, the staffing industry's premier onboarding, and credentialing platform, recently announced two significant developments to its product offering built mainly for the healthcare staffing organizations: mobile skills checklists and compliance automation. Established with the candidate experience in mind, the company aims to create a seamless experience for clinicians from the primary job application to first day reminders and orientation.
Designed to simplify and speed up the credential process for compliance teams and candidates, the updates on the platform join an already comprehensive list of healthcare-specific features and products designed to connect today's mobile workforce. Additionally, the platform was developed to serve the unique requirements and compliance concerns of high-volume employers comprising temporary and contract staffing firms.
Mobile Skills Checklists
Version 2.0 of EmployStream's Healthcare edition now comprises mobile skills checklists and compliance automation. Furthermore, the tool was devised for employees and candidates on the go. The company's mobile-first interface contains a skills checklist dashboard for applicants to efficiently complete, update, and handle skills checklists from any device. Additionally, the enhancement also holds a user-friendly builder on the backend so staffing firms can effortlessly leverage their existing JCC checklists.
For EmployStream, when they launched the mobile-responsive credentialing workflows in 2018, they knew it was going to be a game-changer. But the team also knew that they wanted to go back and continue to undertake more granular challenges that clinicians and credentialing specialists have during the qualification process. It was known to the business that the biggest pain that the clinicians faced was to fill out the skills checklists. Following this, the team decided to work on solving the problem to give clinicians the best experience.
Intended to work with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems and facility-level requirements, EmployStream also launched compliance automation functionality planned to reduce repetitive tasks and workflows related to re-credentialing current employees.
