H1 acquires Carevoyance to strengthen its position in the medical device market.

FREMONT, CA: H1, the world's leading healthcare network connecting healthcare professionals, acquires Carevoyance, a Portland, Oregon-based company that provides medical device marketers with the greatest targeting, sales enablement, and physician segmentation platform. The addition enables H1 to strengthen its position in the medical device market while also enabling Carevoyance—which will continue to operate independently as a subsidiary of H1—to incorporate H1's unique data into its product offering, thereby increasing customer value. Both companies will continue to service their respective markets' customers.

The merger creates synergies that will help both companies increase their market presence. Carevoyance has a long history of analyzing healthcare data to provide meaningful insights for life sciences, medical devices, and provider partners, enabling those businesses to connect with the right purchasers. Several of the world's largest medical equipment manufacturers are among the company’s clients, including Olympus, Nuvasive, and Insightec. H1 has developed the world's leading intelligence platform for Healthcare Providers, mining scholarly publications and medical claims data to identify the most relevant researchers and doctors based on any criteria.

“H1s world-class teams and operations pros can help meaningfully accelerate Carevoyances growth. Carevoyance has always been singularly focused on delivering actionable insights through software to provide our clients with a competitive edge in market,” says Anatoly Geyfman, Founder, Carevoyance. “We are thrilled at the opportunity to join forces with H1 and bring best-of-breed commercial intelligence to every life sciences team. The combination of H1 and Carevoyance will allow customers to make excellent data-driven decisions at every stage of the product lifecycle - from research through commercialization.”

“Acquiring Carevoyance strategically accelerates H1s entry into the medical device space and adds depth to our engineering and client facing teams,” says Ariel Katz, co-founder and CEO of H1. “Perhaps most importantly, after spending time with Anatoly and the rest of the Carevoyance team, we thought they’d be a strong culture fit and together we can continue to drive towards supplying a source of truth of HCP information to the life sciences industry.”
