Joe Lacher brings his experience to LTI as a former insurance and risk management professional who has spent more than ten years building employee benefit programs for national clients. Lacher will aid LTI in building networks within the insurance sector as LTI expands its employee assistance program offerings.
Lacher is the former senior vice president of employee benefits at HUB International. He assists clients in navigating benefits and incorporating the most recent technological innovations and offerings at a cost-effective level. In Nashville, Tennessee, Lacher served as managing partner of The Crichton Group before joining HUB International. Over the past decade, he has won multiple awards and designations for his leadership in his company and the industry.
