With the new release, healthcare institutions can replicate an in-person workflow and virtually check-in, see their provider, do chart review with the nurse, and check-out, all in a single video consult.
FREMONT, CA: One Touch Telehealth announced its new software release, Version 5.0 ‘Beyond Virtual Care.’ Most healthcare organizations are struggling to maintain routine appointments, obtain new patients, and keep their clinicians and patients safe. The latest release goes past a 1:1 video call to raise operational efficiencies in telehealth workflows.
Carrie Chitsey, Co-Founder and CEO, One Touch, says, “With the increase in video telehealth amid COVID-19, virtual care is here to stay. We fast-tracked our new release given the 500%+ increase in the use of video telehealth from our client base and insights from our customers on what they need to be successful in virtual patient workflows.”
With the new release, healthcare institutions can replicate an in-person workflow and virtually check-in, see their provider, do chart review with the nurse, and check-out, all in a single video consult. The firm brought it all together to enhance the workflow in one video call for the clinician and patient experience.
One Touch Telehealth is holding a webinar for healthcare organizations, ‘Best Practices: Virtual Patient Handoff Workflow,’ which discusses how to go beyond 1:1 video calls to surge operational efficiencies in telehealth workflows.
One Touch Telehealth’s patient survey data discovered that 95% of patients were ‘very’ or ‘somewhat likely’ to want to see their provider via video telehealth again. “Healthcare organizations have to think about telehealth as a long-term strategy in the future’ hybrid model’ of patient interactions,” adds Carrie.
As video telehealth becomes the new standard in each aspect of life, One Touch Telehealth leads the telehealth industry by driving adoption and innovation.
