Fremont, CA: Playvox has acquired Prodsight, a SaaS provider of AI-driven customer interaction analytics.
Prodsight generates customer insights by analyzing customer conversations and feedback using artificial intelligence (AI) and cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Prodsight, a G2 High Performer for Feedback Analytics, automatically analyses and tags discussions captured in third-party applications such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom for topics and sentiment.
Prodsight will become Playvox Customer AI, effective immediately, and will provide sophisticated sentiment analysis, text analytics, and advanced auto-tagging to Playvox customers.

With sentiment analysis and tag management, the acquisition will bolster Quality Management and Coaching, as well as unlock future enhancements for Playvox customers across the suite in the coming quarters.
