QHR Health has announced the acquisition of revenue cycle service provider Resolution with the aim to enhance client satisfaction.

FREMONT, CA: QHR Health is one of the largest healthcare shared services organization for non-urban hospitals and health systems nationwide. The company has announced the acquisition of revenue cycle service provider Resolution.

Resolution has served as the rural, independent community and acute care hospitals across the U.S. for more than 20 years. The company is also identified as the leader in the field. It was developed to address distinctive and complicated financial reimbursement challenges faced by independent community health provider companies.

According to Dwayne Gunter, President of QHR Health, the acquisition of Resolution is an answer to a specific requirement of the clients they regularly face. It will make sure that they have systems and abilities in place for monitoring, tracking, and collecting the revenue they are eligible for services provided to their patients. Resolution has also served several of their clients for years, and they know the unique environment of rural healthcare. Their capability to directly provide a full spectrum of revenue cycle capabilities improves their value to clients and facilitates the mission to strengthen independent community healthcare across the country.

By adding over 70 hospital revenue cycle experts throughout the U.S., the contract adds intensity to QHR Health's financial services offering and increasing the bench strength to support client-based revenue cycle management personnel. With the help of a unified suite of revenue cycle services, Resolution can bring accurate tools and analysis so that it can help the clients to increase their financial position with sound investments, expanded markets, and meaningful long-term financial relationship decisions.

Robin Bradbury, Founder of Resolution, will operate on the QHR's executive committee as Senior Vice President of QHR Health and President of Resolution.

Bradbury, in a press release, said that merging forces with QHR will immensely improve the capabilities and provide new opportunities for the hospitals they serve. The company is also looking forward to serving their existing clients with similar focus and dedication, which they expect from them, and to bring the expertise and revenue cycle management insight to the new clients as part of the QHR Health family.
