Susan M. Bell to Take Over SVP Population Health & Value Based Care Role at NeuroMetrix

Susan M. Bell will be working to build and take DPNCheck to new heights.

Gozani M.D., Ph.D., NeuroMetrix President and Chief Executive Officer. Susan M. Bell has been named Senior Vice President, Population Health & Value Based Care, at NeuroMetrix. Ms. Bell will be in charge of increasing the Company's DPNCheck business, with a particular focus on the Medicare Advantage population, as well as the company's overall footprint in the value-based healthcare market. DPNCheck is a commonly used point-of-care test that allows clinicians to screen, diagnose, and monitor peripheral neuropathies in a quick, accurate, and cost-effective manner. It's frequently used to assess the severity of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN), the most common cause of peripheral nerve damage and a significant long-term diabetic consequence.

Ms. Bell has over 20 years of expertise in sales, business development, and strategy in the Medicare Advantage sector, as well as population health in general. Ms. Bell was most recently Senior Director, Value Based Provider Partnerships, at eHealth, Inc. She was in charge of forming partnerships with the largest and most innovative Medicare Advantage plans as well as at-risk provider networks in her position. Ms. Bell formerly worked at Cecelia Health as Chief Growth Officer, where she was in charge of growing the company's chronic disease management division. Ms. Bell has also worked at CareCentrix, Inc., ZeOmega, Inc., Bosch Healthcare, and VITAS Healthcare in senior positions. She graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor's degree in nursing and is a registered nurse.
