Ventra Health will continue to focus on hospital-based physician specialties, adapting its service to physician groups, hospitals, and health systems' changing needs.
FREMONT, CA: Three market leaders in delivering Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to hospital-based physician specialties, DuvaSawko, abeo Management Corporation (abeo), and Gottlieb, recently announced the formation of Ventra Health.
Ventra Health was founded nearly two years ago when Varsity Healthcare Partners (VHP) bought emergency medicine-focused DuvaSawko. Since then, the platform's size, scope, and capability have significantly expanded with the acquisitions of abeo and Gottlieb. The business entered the anesthesia RCM market with abeo, while Gottlieb expanded its emergency and hospital care expertise. Michael O'Boyle, a healthcare sector veteran, is the CEO of Ventra Health.
Ventra's leadership team has worked relentlessly to bring together three great enterprises to establish Ventra Health. The Ventra name represents its founders' vision, our sponsors' bold thinking, employees' passion, and business partners' support.
Ventra Health will continue to focus on hospital-based physician specialties, adapting its service to physician groups, hospitals, and health systems' changing needs. It will expand its Advisory Solutions business segment to address the complex economic difficulties these specialties face while also partnering with Praxi to provide practice management services.
