The SecureNetMD team kickstarts the onboarding process by determining their customer’s specific needs. A ticket is then raised on SecureNetMD’s customer portal and a specialized team is assigned to work on the project. Post completion, the project is transferred to an account manager, cyber security specialist, or infrastructure design specialist, based on the project type, who will continue to oversee its maintenance. All project information is accessible to customers on the portal in real time, making it a transparent solution.

Another client that came to SecureNetMD after a breach was when multiple patient records stored on a physician’s laptop were lost when his car was stolen.
